Oddball Awarded $14.1M Contract to Enhance Flagship VA Mobile App Features for Veterans

Oddball is excited to announce our latest success: winning the Department of Veterans Affairs Mobile Features Support, including Military History (VA-MFSIMH) SBIR Phase III Contract. Valued at $14.1M over three years, this award highlights Oddball’s deepening partnership with the VA and its commitment to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that empower Veterans and their families.

In this project, Oddball will collaborate with VA stakeholders to ensure that Veterans, beneficiaries, and their caregivers can seamlessly access key services through the VA’s flagship mobile application. Our work will include agile product management, DevSecOps, CI/CD processes, Authority To Operate (ATO) activities, and advanced API integrations, with a core focus on user research and design.
