Who we are
Oddball delivers digital modernization for the U.S. federal government, blending customer experience, DevSecOps, and agile delivery on the systems millions of Americans depend on. We are a team of passionate people committed to making a meaningful impact, and the federal government is our only customer.
Our story
Travis Sorensen and Rob Wilkinson founded Oddball in 2015 to bring private-sector digital services practices to federal agencies. Starting with work at VA and CMS, Oddball grew from a small team into a company delivering human-centered design, agile software development, and DevSecOps across six federal agencies.
A founding member of the Digital Services Coalition, Oddball built its reputation on outcomes: 13 Authorities to Operate, four FedHealthIT Innovation Awards, and programs serving millions of Veterans and Medicare beneficiaries.
Today Oddball is roughly 350 people and over $100M in annual revenue: the same delivery culture we started with, now with the horsepower for large, complex contracts.
