We’re excited to announce that our joint venture, Oddcore, has been awarded the VA.gov Chatbot contract through VA’s SPRUCE vehicle!
In support of this 3-year, $15 million contract, Oddball and Wilcore will be working closely together to reduce the burden on Veterans seeking help by providing an efficient front door to access self-service answers to commonly asked questions and escalate issues to a live agent chat when needed.
Leveraging AI, Natural Language Understanding, and Natural Language Processing, our tool will enable Veterans to more easily solve their problems through VA.gov.
