Our cross-functional team collaborates directly with Veterans to address their concerns on VA.gov, implements satisfaction surveys across the platform, and provides critical support and satisfaction data. This data empowers product teams to make informed decisions, enhancing the overall user experience.
For the Login.gov Multi-Factor Authentication contract, Oddball will continue supporting VA OCTO in spearheading the external-facing identity strategy for the VA. Our team manages both infrastructure services and the frontend experience, enabling Veterans to securely sign in to VA.gov and the VA mobile application. We also support VFS teams in interfacing with sign-in operations and enhancing the user experience.
