Codesmith and Oddball team up to support veterans breaking into tech
Codesmith is an immersive coding bootcamp that is redefining how software engineering can be taught. Ranked #1 in job placement and median starting salary by CIRR, Codesmith’s full-time and part-time programs help residents build their best career in software engineering.
Oddball has teamed up with Codesmith to create a scholarship fund specifically for veterans. This scholarship fund will initially support five full scholarships to Codesmith’s top-rated full-time or part-time Software Engineering Immersive programs for qualified accepted applicants.
Learning how to code is both an education and an economic opportunity. The veteran community, like many underrepresented groups in the workforce, are turning to non-traditional programs and coding schools to create alternative career paths to four-year, computer science degrees and break into tech.
With this new scholarship opportunity powered by Oddball, our goal is to empower and support more veterans breaking into tech and build successful careers in software engineering.
