VA Notify: This initiative focuses on empowering Veterans by providing timely information that facilitates access to necessary services and desired outcomes in the most convenient manner.
VEText: This program aims to enhance communication for Veterans, ensuring they are well-informed about their care. It allows Veterans to engage through multiple digital channels before, during, and after healthcare appointments, thereby improving their overall healthcare experience.
