OUR WORK FOR THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

At Oddball, we lead the charge in transforming OPM’s digital presence, focusing on user-centric design and intuitive interfaces. Our work for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is centered around modernizing their digital platforms to better serve federal job seekers, employees, and retirees.

HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR WORK

Through our collaboration with OPM, we’ve embarked on projects like the OPM.gov Website Modernization initiative, where we’ve crafted a new, user-friendly version of OPM.gov and the intranet. Our approach prioritizes user experience, ensuring that content is well-structured, accessible, and authoritative.

Additionally, we’re heavily involved in the modernization efforts of the Representative Payee Case Management (RPCM) system, aiming to safeguard vulnerable retirees. Our focus lies in implementing human-centered design principles and product-focused solutions to enhance decision-making processes and user interfaces. With a team comprising IT Product Managers, Software Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, and Technical Leads, we bring a wealth of expertise to every project.

Our comprehensive approach covers all aspects from initial discovery to deployment, ensuring that OPM’s digital platforms are modern, user-friendly, and cater to the diverse needs of their stakeholders. Through our metrics-driven approach, we aim to achieve uptime, increased self-service content usage, decreased support channels, and high customer satisfaction scores, ultimately delivering value and innovation to the Office of Personnel Management.
